Job Description

Monitor and control the financial performance and cash flow of departments on a periodic basis.
Evaluate the company's financial situation and propose investment opportunities with high efficiency and potential returns.
Prepare budget plans, financial utilization plans, and monitor the implementation and execution of approved budgets.
Review and appraise financial and business transactions within the authority of the Group.
Track, analyze, and develop financial management tools; forecast and identify potential financial risks when necessary.
Coordinate and supervise activities related to auditing, financial and accounting consulting, insurance, and other relevant services.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
12 years of experience in a similar position.
Candidates with experience in financial control or auditing are preferred; experience working in ICT companies or Big 4 firms is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of finance and banking, with a strong understanding of financial management and investment.
Proficient in financial analysis and statistical software/tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team; detail-oriented, diligent, and highly responsible.
Basic English reading comprehension skills.
