FINANCIAL REPORTING AND TAX SPECIALIST
Location: Sadora Building, No.2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturdays / month).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for all tax and financial statement (FS) matters of the Parent Company entity. Ensure tax reports and financial statements are prepared accurately, on time, and safeguard the company's best interests during tax finalization.
- Review economic transactions related to tax obligations and state budget contributions.
- Coordinate with General Accounting to reconcile and review tax data and payable obligations; periodically consolidate tax and budget reports for THACO Group.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports and tax finalizations in compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards; work with tax authorities and government agencies when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records; perform monthly closing of standalone financial statements.
- Explain and defend financial statement figures during audits.
- Record post-audit adjustments; revise financial statements and tax finalizations accordingly.
- Propose reasonable and optimized tax expense recognition.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax procedures/regulations for all transactions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations, especially in the automotive industry. Proficient in HTKK software, accounting systems, and tax declaration/payment via the government portal.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to present and report analytical results clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
