KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Monitor business performance and key financial metrics
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis
- Work closely with business teams to understand revenue drivers and cost structure
- Assist in financial modelling and business planning
- In charge of reconciliation and partnership collaboration (e.g. insurance)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years+ of experience in Finance, FP&A, Audit, or Financial Analysis
- Background from financial services, fintech, consulting is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Ability to work with data and translate numbers into insights
- Good English and communication skills and proactive mindset
