Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to support local and regional reporting activities. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, supports budgeting, forecasting, and provides insights to support business decision‑making. The ideal candidate has strong experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and data analysis, with good skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and English communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly financial and management reports for local and regional teams.
Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and key business drivers.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports and data submissions.
Coordinate with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and regional stakeholders to collect and validate data.
Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools using Excel and Power BI.
Prepare presentation materials and business performance slides for management meetings.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for line manager.
Improve reporting processes, templates, and reporting efficiency.
Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to reporting and finance processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal reporting policies and regional requirements.
Support ad-hoc analysis and management requests.
Handle GL entries and ensure proper accounting booking
Monitor expenses vs budget

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or management reporting.
Experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) or regional reporting environments is preferred.
Experience handling multiple reporting deadlines.
Experience in SOP documentation, process standardization, or internal control is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, advanced formulas; VBA is a plus).
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with Power BI/dashboard development.
Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, DRIVE or similar systems.
Good understanding of SOPs, reporting workflows, and process governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Language

Good command of English (written and spoken).
Able to communicate and present reports to regional stakeholders in English.
