We are looking for Finance Manager to work at Vingroup Head Office with key responsibilities & requirements as followings:
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all financial planning, reporting & analysis for assigned Vingroup member company(s).
- Trackmanagement reports focusing Budget/Estimate/Actuals to ensure those are delivered on a timely manner and with high quality financial information.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to Operations Cost Management.
- Design, implement, and monitor control frameworks across Accounting & Finance.
- Be part of Policies & procedures Revision & development over internal control system focusing on Accounting & Finance to ensure consistency and compliance with Company/Group regulations & policies.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and cross-functional teams to roll out new policies, procedures, and internal control processes.
- Conduct financial control testing and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc report on financial control reports to Company/Group Management Board.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting and finance matters.
- Participate in finance-related projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years experience in finance and/or accounting within large, complex organizations and/or reputable audit/consulting firms.
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, similar and above.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) are a strong advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing/infrastructure/green energy business environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills; diligent with clear, honest communication.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a professional, deadline-driven environment; resilient, accountable, and committed.
