Job Description
You will join our team as Financial Business Controller and contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of the group.
Your missions
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of monthly P&L statements and financial forecasts
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to improving financial visibility through structured reporting and data organization
- Mentor a team of 35 financial controllers, fostering continuous development
- Improve the monthly closing process for your scope in collaboration with your team
- Participate in projects on controlling aspects launched by the Group
- Promote knowledge sharing and ensure full documentation of tools and processes
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
- 4+ years of experience in finance or controlling
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong critical and logical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment
- Languages: English fluent & Vietnamese (Native); (French or other languages are a plus)
