We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Management Accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our global finance function, where you will manage a rotating scope of work across various international jurisdictions. As part of this team, you won't just do the books—you will be the bridge between local operations and global strategy. You will play a critical role in consolidating local accounting data into comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support review operation and streamline the invoicing process
- Review, enhance the internal control regarding financial reporting, FP&A process to align with group requirements
- Review financial management reports for reporting purposes
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Monthly performance management & variance analysis in connection between financial and non financial target
- Coordinate for budgeting and monthly forecast
- Business Partner: Partnering with other teams for actual vs budget controlling.
- Build up the internal report as required.
- Other adhoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years experience in Auditing/Finance/Management accounting in the FDI environment.
- Good in English, excellent in Spreadsheet (Excel, google worksheet).
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills, team working, work under pressure.
- Have experience in auditing is a plus
- CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
- Experience in the BPO is an advantage.
