The Opportunity

Support the UK finance team by maintaining and enhancing their financial reporting platform, with a strong focus on Adaptive Planning, P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data accuracy. What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Adaptive Administrator and other team members to maintain and support the Adaptive Planning platform including budgeting models, reporting outputs, data integration, and user support for UK stakeholders
  • Support the UK Finance team with reporting requirements, particularly P&L reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Validate financial data and help ensure the accuracy of reporting outputs
  • Support system enhancement initiatives as the UK Adaptive Planning environment continues to evolve
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from UK stakeholders

Key Criteria


  • At least 2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or related finance roles
  • Strong experience in finance reporting, especially P&L reporting
  • Strong accounting and finance data knowledge with a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Advanced Excel skills, including strong ability to work with finance data and reporting functions
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting systems; experience with Adaptive Planning / Workday Adaptive Planning is highly regarded
  • Advanced English communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders

Work setup


  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): 12 pm–9 pm VNT with 1-2 days in the office per month
