DDS Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Group Finance Division during a phase of financial deepening and strategic consolidation.

This role is not limited to routine reporting or accounting support. It is designed for a finance professional who can analyze, synthesize, and interpret financial information with strategic intent, while progressively growing into a trusted analytical partner to senior leadership.

The Finance Analyst will support high-impact decisions related to budgeting, cash flow management, banking coordination, project finance, and strategic capital initiatives, and is expected to evolve beyond execution into judgment-driven financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust financial models (NPV, IRR, cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis) to support management decision-making.

Prepare in-depth financial analyses and management reports, moving beyond aggregation into insight and interpretation.

Support group-wide budget control and cash flow planning, identifying risks and optimization opportunities.

Assist in coordinating with banks and financial institutions, including data preparation and follow-up.

Support project finance and disbursement processes, ensuring financial discipline and compliance.

Contribute to subsidiary financial monitoring, highlighting variances, risks, and improvement areas.

Participate in strategic initiatives such as funding analysis, preliminary M&A screening, and capital structure reviews.

Maintain strict confidentiality, data accuracy, and professional discretion.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

JuniorMid level experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project finance, or investment analysis.

Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical reasoning.

Working knowledge of cash flow management and financial governance.

Basic understanding of IFRS and audit principles.

Professional working proficiency in English (advanced reading and writing required).

Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage (HSK 5+ preferred).

Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure and confidentiality-sensitive environments.
