Finance Solution Architect (NSPB / ORACLE EPM)

On behalf of our client, a leading global maritime and logistics organization with a 200-year legacy, we are hiring a Finance Solution Architect (NSPB) to lead their regional Finance Transformation.

As the Master Builder of the Group's financial systems, you will own the technical integrity of the Oracle NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting) platform. Our client is implementing this solution internally without external vendors; therefore, we require an expert who can architect, configure, and maintain the system from scratch. Your role is critical in transforming raw data from multiple countries into a scalable, high-performance global reporting architecture.

Solution Architecture & Technical Design

• Translate complex finance requirements into detailed NSPB architectures for reporting and forecasting.

• Define application structures, metadata, and data flow to ensure scalable system control.

Hands-on Metadata & Model Build

• Directly configure dimensions, hierarchies, and account rollups within NSPB.

• Set up alternate hierarchies to reconcile management reporting with statutory views.

Data Integration & Management

• Build automated actual data load structures from NetSuite and Excel into NSPB.

• Independently manage technical mapping, transformation logic, and validation controls.

Business Rules & Calculations

• Script business rules for consolidation logic, planning models, and currency translations.

• Ensure model integrity for automated Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analysis.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

• Lead SIT/UAT, data reconciliation, and go-live/cutover phases.

• Manage post-go-live enhancements for dimensions, business rules, and system governance.

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

• Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of deep, hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / NSPB / Hyperion implementation.

• Proven track record in designing and configuring financial models from scratch without vendor assistance.

• Proficiency in EPM-specific scripting, Business Rules, and data integration frameworks.

• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (NetSuite experience is a major plus).

• Fluent in English (Professional working proficiency).
