Job Description

Tessellation Binh Duong is heading company in Garment textile. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance Manager to join our finance team and contribute to our strategic financial initiatives

The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, taxation, and accounting functions while acting as a business partner to drive financial performance across the organization. This role includes team management, collaboration with various departments, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Tax Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  • Manage tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
  • Provide tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities.

Accounting:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.

Financial Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets in cooperation with various business units.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to external stakeholders, including audits and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated on accounting and tax standards and implement any necessary changes in compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 04 - 05 years working experience in Finance or Business-related functions, esp. related to the commercial finance, business planning and business analysis fields
  • Experience at management level in MNC companies
  • English Fluency
