Job Description
As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Act as Finance Business Partner to Sales and Technical teams, driving profitable growth.
- Support pricing strategies, margin optimization, and customer profitability analysis.
- Monitor raw material costs, product costing, and cost pass-through mechanisms.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the business unit.
- Analyze sales, volume, pricing, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Own month-end closing, reporting, and financial compliance under VAS and Group standards.
- Ensure accuracy of costing, inventory management, and working capital controls.
- Partner with business leaders on productivity and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to support business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
Solid knowledge of IFRS/VAS and financial reporting standards.
Strong experience within a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience With SAP And Advanced Excel Skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
