Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and improve financial models, templates, and reporting formats.
- Analyse financial variances and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting in compliance with IFRS.
- Control departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasts.
- Partner with operational teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial) to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for operational and capital expenditure (OPEX & CAPEX) decisions.
- Coach, develop, and manage finance team performance.
- Strengthen internal controls, address audit issues, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Engage with commercial and logistics teams to enhance financial decision-making.
- Respond to senior management inquiries and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- ACCA or CPA qualifications are a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record of leading a large team.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
