Finance Manager (BPO company, English fluency)

Renowned for delivering premium IT outsourcing services exclusively tailored for Microsoft clients for 5 products: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Commercial, Microsoft Office 365 and KM360.

Overview:

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of iTechwx, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and budget management across multiple offices and business units. You will work closely with the accounting team to manage cash flow, monitor expenditure and advise Leadership team on financial performance and investment decisions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing finance operations for large-scale, fast-growing FDI companies and can provide strategic insights that support sustainable growth.

YOU WILL:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial models to support business planning.

Track and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for cost optimization.

Provide regular financial reports and insights in management for strategic decision-making.

Review and monitor company spending to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

2. Cash Flow & Budget Control

Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and responsible financial allocation across departments.

Work with the accounting team to ensure timely payments, accurate tracking and efficient fund usage.

Implement controls to prevent budget overruns and maintain transparency in financial operations.

3. Financial Compliance & Governance

Ensure all financial activities comply with Vietnamese accounting standards and local regulations.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies.

Strengthening internal financial processes and risk management systems.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Partner with the accounting team to align reporting processes, system improvements and audit preparation.

Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting members, enhancing their professional capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations, Admin..) to integrate financial goals into business decisions.

5. Strategic Advisory

Serve as a key financial advisor to Leadership team, providing insights into business expansion, investment and cost optimization.

Develop financial strategies that align with the company's growth and operational roadmap.

Drive digitalization or automation initiatives to improve finance operations efficiency.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

45 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FDI or multinational companies.

Proven experience managing financial operations for large-scale organizations with multiple branches or offices.

Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance principles.

Hands-on experience working with accounting teams and managing financial reporting cycles.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

Experience in Big Corporations or multinational technology/service companies.

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.

Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and present clear financial insights.

Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
