Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Lead located in Tay Ninh. The Finance Lead will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating, communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations and requires excellent English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Lead the finance and accounting functions for Vietnam operations
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam tax, accounting, and statutory requirements
- Review and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support business decisions through financial analysis
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government agencies
- Coordinate reporting with regional/head office finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
- 35 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is an advantage
- Strong English proficiency and Vietnamese language
- Solid knowledge of VAS and familiarity with IFRS preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
