I. Job Accountabilities:
- Evaluate financial performance of all investment or business projects initiated by GR management or CKVN, including but not limited to new sites, site renewals, major renovation and major projects, and conduct post-implementation reviews by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans/ forecasts.
- Provide adequate commentaries on the results of the analyses with useful financial insight for business judgment to facilitate management discussions and support decision making.
- Oversee the development and implementation of objectives, policies, and procedures under the management of the Finance Director.
- Develop and implement control procedures for the operations of departments and divisions under the management of the Finance Director to ensure compliance with legal regulations, adherence to company policies, and conformity with financial and accounting principles.
- Involving in the process of the annual budget and support to his superior to ensure the annual budget is set correctly and reasonably.
- Support to his superior to do the projection (monthly or period projection) as management's requirement.
- Prepare or consolidate presentations, internal reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between Finance Director and internal Finance functions or other departments or external partners.
- Track deadlines, project progress, and ensure all Finance duties to be completed following deadline.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of materials for board or management meetings.
- Review, analyze, and validate financial data and reports upon request.
- Develop procedures and controlling points related to confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Other tasks are as assigned by line manager or above
III. Job Requirements:
- Preference to bachelor's degree in accounting/Auditing/Finance or related field.
- Preference to over 8 years relevant working experience.
- Experience working directly with executives or in multinational environments is a plus.
- Good experience and knowledge in accounting operations.
- Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Good communication skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
- Read and written English skills. Professional in Microsoft Office and Power BI, spreadsheets and accounting systems/software.
- Must handle sensitive financial and corporate information with discretion.
