The Finance & Operations Manager will oversee financial management and supply chain operations processes, ensuring efficient and effective business practices.

Description
- Oversee the functions: financial accounting & supply chain operations
- Be accountable & present financial reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Be responsible for tax, customs and related authority audits, as well statutory filings & updating's.
- Lead the company planning, budgeting & forecasting process.
- Provide financial expertise and guidance on key projects, including cost optimization initiatives and process improvements or/and business expansion (offshore & onshore business).
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and drive operational efficiency
- Develop and monitor team KPIs for Supply Chain & Finance Accounting teams, as well as set up metrics to track performance against those KPIs.
- Perform other related jobs per line manager & management assigned.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- MBA/ACCA/CPA are preferred.
- Over 10 years in financial management & supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, in MNC and Import-Export companies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), data visualization tools (Power BI), and inventory management software.
