Company Description

SariKo is a Filipino diaspora commerce platform launching in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — the first node of Pangea, a global diaspora marketplace being built city by city. We give Filipino sellers a real digital storefront: home cooks, importers, restaurants, and artisans, all discoverable in one place by the community around them.

We are currently in our pre-seed stage with a $750,000 raise in progress, 7 confirmed founding sellers onboarded ahead of our April 2026 MVP launch, and expansion into 8+ diaspora markets planned by 2027. SariKo operates under Zen Tech Asia Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) and BridgeTech Labs, Inc. (Delaware, USA).

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Finance & Compliance Officer will build and own SariKo's financial foundation from Day 1 — clean books, on-time filings, and investor-ready records that give the company credibility at every stage of its growth.

Responsibilities include:

· Setting up and maintaining SariKo's books in MISA SME, with a dedicated cost center separate from other entities

· Handling Vietnam VAT (GTGT) monthly declarations, CIT quarterly provisionals, and annual tax settlement

· Registering for e-invoicing and issuing compliant invoices for every platform commission earned

· Managing seller income compliance under Circular 40/2021 — tracking the 100M VND PIT threshold and advising on withholding obligations

· Delivering a monthly burn report to the CEO — cash position, actual spend, and runway

· Advising on payment rail compliance for VNPay and third-party logistics partners

· Maintaining financial records that are always audit-ready and investor-ready

Qualifications

· Hands-on experience with Vietnam accounting — VAT declarations, GDT filings, and MISA SME

· Working knowledge of Circular 40/2021 and individual seller tax obligations under Vietnam e-commerce law

· Experience with e-invoicing systems (MISA eInvoice, Viettel-eInvoice, or equivalent)

· Comfortable working with multi-entity corporate structures (Vietnam opco + offshore holding)

· Highly organised, reliable, and self-directed — able to own a function independently without day-to-day supervision

· Proficiency in English for internal reporting; Vietnamese working proficiency preferred

· Genuine interest in joining an early-stage founding team, not just fulfilling a service contract

Compensation

This is a service-for-equity role. There is no immediate cash salary — compensation is structured as follows:

· Service value: Recognised and accrued as equity

· Equity: 2.0% of BridgeTech Labs, Inc. (Delaware C-Corp) — 200,000 shares

· Vesting: 4-year standard schedule · 1-year cliff · quarterly vesting thereafter

As SariKo closes its pre-seed round and scales, the role transitions to a compensated, full-time position. This is a founding-level opportunity for someone who wants to build something, not just work for someone.
