Project & Change Management
- Manage finance transformation initiatives, covering scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Support transformation roadmap development, prioritization, and impact analysis.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Tax, FP&A, IT, and Operations.
- Prepare project updates, benefits tracking, and support change management activities.
Finance Process & Systems Transformation
- Lead improvements across Record-to-Report, close & consolidation, reconciliations, and VAS/IFRS reporting.
- Optimize finance processes and Oracle ERP configurations to enhance efficiency, automation, and controls.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and control frameworks aligned with audit requirements.
IFRS / VAS & Controls
- Support technical accounting matters under IFRS and VAS, embedding requirements into Oracle processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and control frameworks.
- Act as a key finance contact for internal and external audits related to transformation initiatives
Requiremen
- t57 years experience in Financial Accounting, Audit, or Finance Transformation
- .Strong hands-on Oracle ERP experience (EBS or Fusion Cloud), including GL, AP, AR, FA, Intercompany
- .Good working knowledge of IFRS and/or VAS
- .Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments
- .Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
