Location: Hai Phong, Vietnam
Company: 100% Japanese-invested manufacturing company (household, kitchen & interior products)
Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and accounting activities in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and manufacturing cost control.
- Handle tax matters (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and work with auditors and tax authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Report financial performance to management and Head Office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 8–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including managerial experience.
- Solid knowledge of VAS, taxation, and manufacturing cost accounting.
- Experience with household goods, kitchenware, interior products, or similar manufactured products is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- English: Good business communication (required).
