LIKELION Vietnam is seeking a creative and skilled Finance Excutive to join our team full-time.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 17:30)

Job Summary
This position supports daily accounting and financial operations in a dynamic IT/startup environment, while assisting in tracking expenses and basic budget allocation across projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle basic accounting tasks (payments, receipts, invoices, documentation)
- Input and maintain financial data in accounting systems
- Support preparation of internal financial reports (monthly)
- Monitor operational and project-related expenses
- Assist in tracking and allocating budgets for small projects
- Coordinate with external parties (banks, accounting services, tax agencies if required)
- Support preparation of tax documents and financial records
- Ensure compliance with basic Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Perform other finance/admin tasks as assigned
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 35 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of integrity and responsibility
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Korean company or with Korean stakeholders
- Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Korean language proficiency is an advantage
- Interest in or experience working in the IT/startup environment
