About the Role
As a Finance Accounting Intern, you won't just be keeping the books you'll be an integral part of our operations team, helping us build a scalable financial foundation. You'll work directly with core members of our high-performing team to manage cash flow, assist in due diligence, and ensure our financial health as we scale globally.
This is a hands-on role for those who want to see how the engine room of a Silicon Valley-backed startup operates from the inside.
What You'll Do (Daily, Real Work)
- Analytical & Reporting: Support in performing analytical, forecasting, and reporting tasks. Participate in generating monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, financial covenants, and financial modeling to assist senior management.
- Financial Operations: Support daily accounting tasks (invoices, expenses, accounts payable/receivable). Update data entries with high precision and proactively alert staff of any discrepancies.
- Fundraising & Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence documentation and cash flow management, preparing the startup for scale and investment.
- Cross-functional Support: Provide financial insights and support needed by the business, Marketing, and Ops (e.g., tracking ROI and managing project budgets).
- Professionalism: Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to reporting structures, and following company policies.

- Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Able to perform Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet skills at an advanced level.
- High Integrity: Absolute honesty in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Growth Mindset: Fast learner, curious, independent, and able to do self-research in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment: Based in HCMC and able to commit for at least 6 months.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior experience in auditing, financial analysis, or at another high-growth startup.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiar with QuickBooks, Xero, or Notion.
