Role Description The Fin Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in District 2, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring high-quality financial services. This role manages branch staff, sets performance goals, and monitors service standards to maintain strong customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Fin Branch Manager oversees cash management, transaction processing, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. They analyze branch performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement local sales and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base. The role also involves building relationships with key clients and partners, resolving complex customer issues, and coordinating with head office to align branch activities with company strategy.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop branch team members.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, branch operations, and basic risk and compliance principles within financial services.
  • Proficiency in branch performance analysis, including sales tracking, revenue growth, and cost control.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, staff, and senior management.
  • Comfort with digital tools, core banking or payment systems, and standard office software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in branch management, retail banking, or financial services supervision is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in District 2 and adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
