UI/UX Designer (Strike Team)

We are seeking a talented and efficient UI/UX Designer to join our dedicated Strike Team for an intensive 1–2 month design sprint. In this role, you will be the primary architect of the end-to-end visual identity and user experience for a new, integrated CRM/ERP platform. This project encompasses a data-intensive Backend Admin Dashboard and two distinct Mobile Applications tailored for Customers and Technicians.

This is a full-time, 1 to 2-month fixed-term contract prioritized for rapid delivery and the production of high-fidelity design handoffs.

Primary Goal

High-fidelity CRM/ERP Design & Developer Handoff

Salary Range - 12,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND Net.

• Admin Dashboard Design: Architect a clean, intuitive, and data-heavy Admin Dashboard optimized for complex backend operations.
• Mobile Experience: Design user-centric interfaces for both the Customer-facing and Technician-facing mobile applications.
• Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain a reusable component library in Figma, adhering to ShadcnUI principles to ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Engineering Handoff: Prepare all design assets for seamless implementation by our Frontend (Tailwind CSS) and Mobile (React Native) engineering teams.
• Iterative Prototyping: Transform complex product requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity interactive mockups with high velocity.

• Mastery of Figma: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of auto-layout, nested components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Relevant Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous success in designing complex SaaS dashboards and functional, task-oriented mobile applications.
• Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to work under compressed deadlines and deliver refined results within a short timeframe.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to validate technical feasibility and design alignment.
