Role Description

The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Duy Tiên. The role involves performing equipment installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as handling technical support and troubleshooting. The engineer will also be expected to provide preventive maintenance services, ensure optimal equipment performance, and deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in setup installation, docking, leveling, alignment, robot teaching, commissioning.
• Proficient in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal and reliable equipment performance.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service, including clear communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, microelectronics, or automotive industry equipment is a plus.
• Technical degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
