Responsibilities:
Technical & Service Execution
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues on machines and equipment.
- Perform machine assembly, panel assembly, wiring, pneumatics routing, and cable management in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct machine testing, alignment, calibration, and tool verification to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect and validate machine data for buy-off, FAT/SAT, and verification purposes.
Customer Support & Site Activities
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution within agreed timelines.
- Provide on-site service, commissioning, and technical support at customer locations when required.
- Deliver basic equipment operation and maintenance training to customers.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to relevant teams in accordance with internal procedures.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with programmers, engineers, and project teams to resolve automation and integration issues.
- Provide timely status updates, service reports, and technical feedback to project stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, service briefings, and technical reviews as required.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all assembly and service tasks comply with quality standards, safety requirements, schedules, and budget constraints.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service quality, machine reliability, and field efficiency.
- Conducting training sessions for customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Close cooperation with our service and development team in Malaysia.
