DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide on-site technical support for production tester systems at customer OSAT factories to ensure high uptime, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

· Troubleshoot tester downtime, perform jam recovery, and improve utilization

· Install new systems and perform upgrades or retrofits

· Perform first-level data and log analysis to identify root causes

· Carry out preventive maintenance as per guidelines

· Report daily activities, issues, and escalate as needed

· Work closely with customers, field teams, and product support to meet system KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering

· 4+ years experience in electronics, mechanical, automation, or semiconductor systems

· Familiar with automation equipment and tester maintenance

· Basic to good log analysis and troubleshooting skills

· Good English communication and reporting skills

· Can communicate by Chinese is preferred

· Willing to travel and work shifts/over time when required

· Good understanding of semiconductor production environments and OSAT operations.
