Set up and commission new machine installations at customer's side
Understand client expectations and provide technical feedback and failure analysis from customer side to R&D and Engineering Department, provide aligned solutions to meet client satisfaction
To monitor and track major projects and perform technical presentations to customers if necessary
Able to answer technical question and provide recommendations or solutions for application of machines at customers sites
Monitor machine performance regularly and perform data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
Manage the machine performance data on key customer and drive for improvement before the issue being escalated
Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required evaluation of identifiable factors
Requires working closely with R&D and PDE team for complex issue investigation and solution implementation
Develop knowledge-based repository for FAQs and documentation
Work overtime when needed or assigned to complete tasks or breakdown support
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, Mechatronics, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in equipment engineering, applications, or field service.
Hands-on experience operating and supporting Die Sorting platforms, including both high-UPH and low-UPH systems.
Strong experience in die pick-and-place processes, including transferring dies to TnR (Tape & Reel), trays, hoop rings, and wafers.
Experience with tester integration, Vision AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), optical inspection, and IR (Infrared) inspection applications.
Familiarity with die sorting process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, machine setup, and customer application support is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive work attitude with strong ownership and customer-oriented mindset.
Semiconductor industry experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional working proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Willing and able to travel within Vietnam and the Southeast Asia (SEA) region as assigned by the Superior.
