Job Description

Handles the entire responsibility of Service activities for GEA Separator & Decanter (Commissioning, Servicing, Troubleshooting, Spare Parts Technical Support)

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Perform Service Maintenance, planned and unplanned in Focused Area: Separator and Decanters products
  • Complete assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner
  • Installation and Commissioning support
  • Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer & company SOP
  • Perform site troubleshooting with remote support
  • Write comprehensive service report timely
  • Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance
  • Promote company's product and services
  • Support Service Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation
  • Contributing positively to Business's achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets
  • Collaborating with the sales team on equipment audits at customer sites to generate new business.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of Service Engineer, with excellent related skills for commissioning, troubleshooting & Service Maintenance, caring with care of exact details and with high responsibility.
  • Prior experience in handling and operating of Separators or fast rotating equipment
