Anton Paar Vietnam is part of the Anton Paar Group, starting in January 2024 as a part of our long-term commitment to the Southeast Asian market. As we plan to further expand the operation onforward, we are currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.
The Field Service Engineer provides on-site and in-house service including preventative maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.
Responsibilities:
As a
Field Service Engineer, you will become a trusted technical partner to our customers by:
- Installing and commissioning Anton Paar instruments
- Performing preventive maintenance, calibration and repair services
- Troubleshooting technical issues remotely and on-site
- Delivering customer training and technical support
- Promoting lifecycle service solutions, including maintenance contracts
- Collaborating with Sales and Application teams to ensure customer success
- Maintaining accurate service documentation in CRM
- This role requires travel across Vietnam (up to 75%).
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Service Engineer, Technical Support, or Analytical Instrumentation is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam
- Valid passport for international training
