The company delivers integrated freight forwarding, trucking, customs brokerage, warehousing, and e-commerce fulfillment with extensive global certifications and compliance credentials. An in-house IT team supports automation, EDI/API integration, and AI-driven analytics to optimize operations. Core services include ocean and air freight, warehousing and distribution, and drayage and over-the-road transportation.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Field Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and related logistics services. Responsibilities include conducting on-site client visits, understanding customer supply chain needs, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, and negotiating commercial terms within company guidelines. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts, coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Field Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing, participate in sales campaigns or trade events, and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals in B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain services, such as freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, and customs-related processes, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective organizational and planning skills, including territory management, pipeline management, and goal setting to meet or exceed targets.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis to manage accounts and prepare sales reports.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written) to interact with local and international clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, travel frequently within the assigned area, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred; prior sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a strong advantage.
