They provide comprehensive supply chain solutions ranging from international express shipping to smart warehouse management.
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive revenue within an assigned territory by retaining existing clients and securing new business opportunities.
Location: Assigned territory (HCM / Hanoi)
Working time: Mon to Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Report to: Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop both existing and potential customers through direct sales visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive account growth and retention.
• Act as the main contact point, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Plan sales activities, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate sales reports/customer data.
• Analyze customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Work with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing) to ensure service quality.
• Focus on 60% new customer acquisition and 40% existing account development.
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales in express, freight forwarding, logistics, or service industry.
• Fluent in English, or in Chinese.
• Strong sales forecasting; customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management skills and ability to follow market trends/news.
• Strong process focus mindset, growth and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant tools.

• Base salary: 17,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND Gross/month (flexible depending on profile)
