Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer located in Hanoi. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, offering field applications assistance, and ensuring the seamless integration of the company's products into customer designs. The Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver customized solutions, and promote innovative technology applications. The role requires effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Country Manager and dotted to Field Application Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Product team and Sales team in implementing demand creation strategies for the assigned product lines to increase Sales
Work closely with Suppliers to create design activities with potential customers, with regular monitor and tracking progress of the activities
Involve in pre-sales activities with Sales team; Promote product, provide recommendation and technical support to customer during their product development phase.
Conduct technical training presentation and product training to internal/external customers
Resolve quality, technical, and application issues related to the represented product lines
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in product development and or field application
Competent technical knowledge and good understanding of different electronics circuitry; Analog, power management, Microcontroller, interfaces
Self-driven, out-going personalities, good communication skill, and a fast learner with keen interest in learning a wide range of products and applications
Ability to present and articulate the product comprehensively in English
