After-sales technical supporting and site service for customers in Vietnam ,Thailand,Cambodia ,Laos.
Customer training.
Technical support in marketing &sales activities ,including but not limited to technical seminar, product demonstration/test,site survey,tender preparation/clarification.
Interface between customer and NR team during project implementation &maintenance,include but limited to factory acceptance test,technical clarification,customer requirement feedback.
Project management and risk control in case NR works as solution provider.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience and 1 year working experience for electric power products and systems preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
Technical background with good understanding of protection,control,and automation products
for power systems.
Proficient in secondary circuit of power system
Presentation and facilitation techniques.
Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.
Knowledge of MS Office standard applications ,as well as knowledge of auto-CAD drawing applications.
