Responsibilities :

1. Provide pre-sales technical support for the company's products with SR (Solution Responsibility). This involves answering technical inquiries from customers, coordinating internal resources to handle issues encountered during prototype testing and on-site testing.

2. Handle post-sales technical support for the company's products (Netcom and OTT box). This includes analyzing product issues, providing explanations, and coordinating with relevant parties.

3. Responsible for cultural communication at customer meetings, assist the project team in explaining issues, and eliminate customers doubts about SDMC.

4. Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing technical support throughout the product's entire lifecycle.

5. Mainly responsible for NetCom projects of Global, as well as some OTT projects of Global, promoting project progress and resolving technical issues.

6. Guide and train the technical capabilities and project management skills of global FAEs, for the Broadband products.

7. A weekly report will be required, which will include a follow-up list of project problems, work improvement points, experience sharing, content that requires assistance from headquarters, and any other necessary information.

Qualifications:

1、 Candidates with experience in network equipment routing and switching technologies, familiar with GPON Docsis and IP technologies, IPTV technology, and having experience in understanding AI application scenarios will be given priority.

2、 Familiar with hardware and application software knowledge, understand the application scenarios of various products, master certain related technologies and skills for judging and handling abnormal issues;

3、 Proficient in English reading, writing and good oral communication skills;

4、 Good at communication, summarization, quick thinking, and outgoing and optimistic; 5、 Possess project management ability, capable of comprehensively managing project progress and risks;
