Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Customer Operations Manager, based in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. It is a cross-functional role that bridges operations, customer engagement, and administrative support — with a strong focus on woven fabrics. Importantly, this position does not involve direct production management, but instead ensures smooth customer operations and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth factory operations and manage administrative projects with hands‑on involvement.
- Act as a bridge between the Vietnam factory and Winnitex sales teams in Hong Kong, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate customer meetings, service interactions, and factory visits to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with garment factory customers to address technical inquiries and provide practical woven fabric solutions.
- Streamline sales operations to improve efficiency and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
- Stationed at our Vietnam factory in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province.
- Proven experience working with woven fabrics and engaging directly with customers.
- Strong background in customer service and relationship management.
- Practical, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach to operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or textile industry roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results in a factory environment.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
