Key Responsibilities
1. Leasing Excellence
- Conduct site selection for new Hubs; review and shortlist options against company facility standards.
- Support lease negotiation and contract review (BCA, terms, pricing) to secure the best commercial terms.
2. Facility Development & Set-up Readiness
- Manage end-to-end set-up of Hubs (New/ Expansion/ Liquidation/ Relocation), procurement of facility equipment, tools, and MEP systems.
- Monitor construction and fit-out progress; conduct QA/QC and commissioning to ensure facilities are fully operation-ready.
3. SOP, Process Excellence & PMO
- Develop and maintain project management plans — scope, timeline, cost, and resource planning — for each infrastructure project.
- Build, document, and standardize SOPs/playbooks for facility set-up, procurement, and maintenance processes.
4. Facility Planning & Cost Optimization
- Evaluate cost and lead-time trade-offs between site/vendor options to propose the most optimal solution.
- Support CAPEX/OPEX planning and ongoing facility maintenance budgeting.
5. Data Analysis & Digitalization
- Maintain accurate project and property databases/trackers.
- Contribute to dashboard reporting and process automation to improve visibility across infrastructure projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Hub (FLM) Operations teams and other stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure tasks are delivered on time and in full.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, project management, or a related field; experience in large-scale companies is a plus.
- Strong project management mindset — able to independently manage scope, timeline, and cost.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills; strong team player.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, with good presentation skills.
- Advanced English; an international mindset is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Able to read, understand and use Autocad fluently.
- Having knowledge of data & Appscript is a plus.
- Willing and able to travel across the country to set up new warehouses and facilities.
