Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day front desk, workplace experience and facilities operations for a leading multinational corporate office in Ho Chi Minh City. Acting as both the first point of contact for visitors and the on-site facilities representative, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house service while ensuring smooth workplace operations, vendor management, office administration, and facilities coordination.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms, coordinating visitor access, handling calls, mail, and supporting day-to-day workplace hospitality.
  • Manage daily facilities operations including preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, office supplies, pantry management, work order tracking, and workplace services to ensure a safe and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate facilities budgets, invoice processing, expense tracking, procurement, and facilities systems while supporting financial reporting and operational planning.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, building management, and service vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, service quality, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Support office events, employee activities, workplace logistics, safety inspections, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with the Regional Facilities Manager.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or Front Office operations within a corporate environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while balancing front-of-house responsibilities with facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using facilities management or work order systems is an advantage.
