Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Perform electrical maintenance and automation signal connections for facilities and equipment within the company premises.
- Supervise the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
- Maintain and repair production-support air compressors, dryers, and vacuum systems.
- Carry out basic engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
- Install robot punch systems and handle overhead robotic arms.
- Maintain all air conditioning systems and ventilation equipment according to specifications.
- Submit suggestions and recommendations for upgrades or modifications to the department supervisor.
- Maintain the maintenance records for each piece of equipment under your care.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct regular inspections to determine necessary maintenance.
- Follow preventive maintenance instructions and ensure records are properly documented.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations related to this position and carry out tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Follow and operate according to all procedures in the company's safety policy.
