Our client is Manufacturing company looking for the
FACA ENGINEER (Failure Analysis Corrective Action) position.
Work Location: Vsip II (Binh Duong)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor production yield performance.
- Perform trouble shooting for defective products at automation testing and manual inspection processes, using appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Analyze production and test data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risk areas.
- Use statistical tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, control charts, regression analysis) to support failure investigations and drive data-based decision making.
- Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes and improve overall product reliability.
- Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and communicate findings and solutions clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Propose, collaborate, and lead improvement initiatives in terms of quality perspective.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure rapid resolution of issues and continuous process improvement.
- Support customer audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related background.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality management, quality improvement.
- Proficiency in English Toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus.)
- Effective communication and collaboration skill across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and trouble shooting skills with a solid understanding of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrate accuracy, clarity, consistency, and thoroughness of work.
