Fabric Dyeing Manager (Vietnam)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Fabric Dyeing Manager to oversee dyeing operations across our partner factories in Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this role serves as the vital link between local factory production and our Global Team. We are looking for a technical leader who can ensure that dyeing recipes and quality standards are executed perfectly on the factory floor.
This position is open to both Local Vietnamese and Expatriate candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory Management: Directly observe, check, and manage the dyeing processes in factories across Vietnam to ensure operational excellence.
- Global Reporting: Act as the primary technical liaison for the Global Team, providing regular reports on production quality, recipe compliance, and factory performance.
- Technical Implementation: Oversee and implement general textile dyeing recipes and specialized wool production processes.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensure rigorous quality control throughout the dyeing cycle, focusing on shade matching, color fastness, and batch consistency.
- On-site Supervision: Frequent factory floor presence to troubleshoot technical issues and improve Right-First-Time (RFT) rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Robust management experience in fabric dyeing, specifically with general textiles and wool.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of dyeing chemistry, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Reporting: Proven ability to communicate technical results and production data to international stakeholders.
- Language: * English: Professional proficiency required for global reporting.
- Vietnamese: Proficiency is a strong advantage for managing local factory teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: USD $2,500 $4,000 (commensurate with experience).
- 13th Month Salary: Guaranteed annual 13th-month payment.
