WE ARE HIRING – F&B OPERATIONS LEADER / OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We are currently building a new-generation F&B brand in Vietnam focused on strong customer experience, operational quality, and long-term brand growth.

As a foreign founder, we are looking for a highly responsible local Operations Leader who can become a key core member of the business and help manage real on-site operations professionally.

This is not simply a store manager position.

We are looking for someone who can think, solve problems, communicate with staff, and take ownership of operations together with the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant/store operations

• Lead and supervise local staff and shift management

• Handle operational issues and problem-solving on-site

• Coordinate with suppliers, landlords, contractors, and local authorities when necessary

• Support SOP/system building and operational improvement

• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, inventory, and workflow

• Assist with hiring, training, and staff discipline

• Report directly to the founder regarding operations and business conditions

• Help build a stable and scalable long-term operation structure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in F&B, hospitality, café, restaurant, or nightlife operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Fast problem-solving and practical execution ability

• Experience handling Vietnamese staff and local operations

• English communication ability is a strong advantage

• Experience with startup/opening projects is a plus
