Role Description

This is a full-time role for an F&B Guide located on-site in Can Tho, Vietnam. The F&B Guide will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the food and beverage sections, ensuring guests have memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities include taking orders, making recommendations, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining areas. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen staff and managing inventory.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills: Excellent communication, positive attitude, and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Food and beverage knowledge: Menu familiarity, food safety, and beverage preparation
• Operational skills: Order taking, serving, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory management
• Teamwork and coordination: Ability to work with kitchen staff and other team members efficiently
• Flexibility and time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or F&B services
