Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for restaurant dining, group bookings, and events
Drive sales for corporate lunches/dinners, social gatherings, celebrations, and buy-outs
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business plans
Take full ownership of social events, group dining, private functions, and restaurant buy-outs, actively driving demand and conversion across all food and beverage venues.
Proactively develop and manage excursion, tour operator, and DMC-driven F&B business, creating structured offers and menus to capture group and leisure traffic.
Design and implement event-led and group dining packages aligned with seasonal demand, cultural periods, and outlet capacity to maximize revenue and utilization.
Collaborate closely with Hotel Sales, Concierge, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to convert in-house guests, groups, and external leads into restaurant dining and events.
Manage the event and group sales pipeline for restaurants, from lead generation to confirmation and operational handover, ensuring strong conversion, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Account Management & Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, event planners, and local partners
Negotiate contracts, menus, and pricing in collaboration with Culinary and Operations teams
Develop strategic partnerships to increase footfall and brand exposure
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Work closely with Marketing and F&B teams to promote seasonal offers, promotions, and special events
Support digital and social media initiatives by contributing sales-driven content and campaigns
Represent the restaurant(s) at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
F&D Reservations Management
Oversee the F&B Reservations team, ensuring efficient handling of all restaurant reservations, group dining inquiries, and special event bookings
Ensure reservation standards, response times, and guest communication align with brand and service expectations
Work closely with Restaurant Managers to manage availability, special requests, VIP bookings, and large parties
Analyze reservation trends, demand patterns, and booking data to support sales strategies and forecasting
Lead, coach, and develop the F&B Reservations team to deliver consistent service excellence
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with overall sales and revenue goals
Coordination & Operations Support
Act as the main point of contact for restaurant-related sales inquiries
Ensure seamless handover of confirmed business to Operations teams
Follow up on guest feedback and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on revenue, market trends, and opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems
Analyze market competition and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales, restaurant sales, or hospitality sales
Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
