External Channel Operation Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility 1:Manage and develop existing e-commerce channels at current stores

- Ensure the well run of existing e-commerce channels;

- Manage store activities;

- Manage customer rating, tickets, complaints;

- Manage marketplace KAM activities;

- Manage marketing activities on marketplaces;

- Consolidate and validate sales commission and income reconciliation with external partners.

• Responsibility 2: Develop new e-commerce channels, and apply more to the operation of new stores

- Research and recommend e-commerce channels that are suitable for LOTTE MART operations.

- Expand at new stores.

Requirements:

• Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor's Degree
• Major: Supply chain, E-commerce, Business Administration, Accounting.
• Professional Certificate (if any):
• Essential Skills and Experience:

- Sales-oriented and data driven mindset.

- Good teamwork;

- Organizational and time-management skills, project managment.

- Familiar with popular shopping apps.

- Knowledge of supply chain (warehouse management, and last-mile delivery), ecommerce.

- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel (including Power Query), and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).

- Good in English (reading and writing).

- Good verbal communication skills required.

- Proactive and highly motivated team player.

- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with a firm grip
