Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well run of existing e-commerce channels;
- Manage store activities;
- Manage customer rating, tickets, complaints;
- Manage marketplace KAM activities;
- Manage marketing activities on marketplaces;
- Consolidate and validate sales commission and income reconciliation with external partners.
- Research and recommend e-commerce channels that are suitable for LOTTE MART operations.
- Expand at new stores.
Requirements:
- Sales-oriented and data driven mindset.
- Good teamwork;
- Organizational and time-management skills, project managment.
- Familiar with popular shopping apps.
- Knowledge of supply chain (warehouse management, and last-mile delivery), ecommerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel (including Power Query), and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Good in English (reading and writing).
- Good verbal communication skills required.
- Proactive and highly motivated team player.
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with a firm grip
