Description

  • Achieve export sales targets and manage the full sales cycle for agricultural products, including fresh fruits, frozen fruits, IQF, purée, and related processed fruit items.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners in assigned markets.
  • Negotiate and finalize export contracts, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, product specifications, production timelines, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other conditions.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment that meets required standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and negotiate adjustments or changes when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular insights and recommendations for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and propose new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Contribute ideas to improve export processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with international clients.
  • Ability to manage export documentation, contracts, and shipment coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
