Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for delivering efficient and optimal implementation and operation of Technical platforms for Division.
- Collaborating with various stakeholder groups and partners and lead the deliver of targets through expertise, experience, working with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution on every phase of the project/initiative's life cycle.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Strategic Planning:
- Help develop and execute Finance's transformation strategy aligned with the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross function teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Assess risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to financial operations.
Change Management:
- Help plan and build allocated change management process, help with organizational adoption of new financial processes, systems, and technologies
Key Accountabilities (2)
Process Improvement:
- Help evaluate current financial processes, data and systems within FSM and Finance where possible, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Help build solution to solve for identified inefficiencies in existing financial processes and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Technology Integration:
- Act as expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new financial technologies and systems, align with business objectives.
- Act as expert to help Head of FSM with the selection, implementation, and integration of finance-related technologies, such as ERP systems and financial analytics tools
Key Accountabilities (3)
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders across Functions (and Divisions where relevant), providing regular updates and gaining buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Analyze stakeholder goals and effectively manage their expectations, addressing any misalignment
Train and encourage culture of transformation:
- Champion transformation by introducing best practices from successful market players, thought leadership and create an environment where teams can collaborate well
- Help deliver technology use cases, onboard suitable platforms for internal adoption
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- 4 to 8 years of project and program management experience in a banking or financial technology organization
- Experienced in senior stakeholder management, direct working with Director or equivalent in previous job assignments
- Experienced in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or AI Engineering & Application.
- Experience in driving adoption and execution of data analytics and emerging technologies (including but not limited to AI/ML use cases).
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern analytics, reporting and visualization solutions (such as PowerBI, Python)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of banking markets, products, processes and operations
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and open-source contributions will be advantageous
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS) and CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field
- Experienced with or possess Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP / Prince 2 / Agile) will be advantageous
- Experienced with or possess advanced Data Professional Certificate (Engineering, Architect or Analyst/Scientist) will be advantageous
- Experienced with or possess advanced IT management Certificate practices (ITIL / COBIT) will be advantageous
