ABOUT THE ROLES
We are looking for an experienced Product Development & Policy Expert / Senior Specialist to support the development of integrated products, services, and policy frameworks across the Group's tourism ecosystem, including tourism, hospitality, aviation, entertainment and healthcare.
The role will work closely with multiple business units to connect capabilities, develop commercial opportunities, and create seamless customer experiences across the ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop integrated products, packages, and end-to-end travel journeys across aviation, hospitality, resorts, and entertainment.
- Develop product, pricing, distribution, and loyalty policies to support ecosystem-wide implementation.
- Identify opportunities for cross-business collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with member companies and stakeholders to align requirements and drive implementation.
- Analyzemarket trends, customer behavior, product performance, and competitive dynamics to support business decisions.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
- Monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Share expertise and best practices in product development, tourism, and ecosystem integration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Tourism, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA/Master's is a plus.
- 7–10+ years of experience in product development, business strategy, policy development, strategic consulting, or related fields; experience in tourism, aviation, hospitality, entertainment, or service retail is preferred.
- Experience working on cross-functional / cross-business projects, preferably within a diversified group or ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer insights across tourism, aviation, hospitality, entertainment, or service retail.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of business and financial modeling.
- Fluent English; experience with international partners is an advantage.
