Expert, Investor Relations

Job Purpose

- The job holder largely engages in communication of all financial results as well as strategy to investor community

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Assimilate data and information from across the Bank rapidly and prepare presentations, press releases and other communication for investors, thought leaders, opinion leaders in the invesror community in transparent, timely manner in accordance with Disclosure requirements for listed companies under prevailing laws

- Particularly tasks peformed by IR function are, but not limited to:

- Assisting in Valuation model for TCB intrinsic value

- Participating in various projects undertaken to evaluate and to enhance investor understanding, investor value proposition

- Preparing reports on market conditions, performing analysis of Techcombank (TCB) stock vs. others

- Preparing estimates, scenarios, reports for capital management, capital raising and follow-up

- Preparing, leading investors-related events

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Collaborating with other departments, divisions in order to design and to effectively provide coherent and consistent communication with investors communication, regulators, credit rating agencies and the public

Key Accountabilities (3)

- Providing coaching, assisting IR Director, Head of IR in developing IR officer(s) and senior IR officer(s)

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications:

- University degree, major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.

Domain expertise:

- 8+ years of Banking and communications/journalism experience or investment analysis;

- CFA or similar accreditation, capabilities, experience: Charter
