Lead assigned audit sections/engagements to perform audit engagements for clients, ensure deliverables comply with VAS, IFRS, and RSM global methodology.
Identify significant audit issues, high-risk areas and internal control weaknesses; discuss findings and practical recommendations with the Audit Manager/Partner and clients.
Delegates work to other members of the Audit team, ensuring associates understand their responsibilities and have received appropriate on-the-job training/coaching.
Build and maintain effective working relationships and interactions with clients to ensure continuous efficient information flow and business maintenance.

Requirements
A minimum of bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or related majors
At least 2 years of working experience at relevant position.
Proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
Completed or in progress pursuing ACCA/ CPA/ ICAEW or other related qualifications is an advantage
